目的：探讨三阴性乳腺癌超声声像图特征。方法回顾性分析129例女性浸润性乳腺癌患者的超声及病理资料，根据免疫组化结果分为43例三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)和86例非三阴性乳腺癌(non-TNBC)，比较两组超声图像的差别。结果 TNBC 与 non-TNBC 比较，肿瘤形态规整、周边高回声晕、钙化、肿块后方回声衰减、2~3级血流和阻力指数≥0.7比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；边界清晰、纵横比≤1、毛刺征、腋窝淋巴结转移率比较差异未见统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论 TNBC 肿瘤形态规整，缺少周边高回声晕及实质钙化，后方回声增强，血流不丰富。
목적：탐토삼음성유선암초성성상도특정。방법회고성분석129례녀성침윤성유선암환자적초성급병리자료，근거면역조화결과분위43례삼음성유선암(TNBC)화86례비삼음성유선암(non-TNBC)，비교량조초성도상적차별。결과 TNBC 여 non-TNBC 비교，종류형태규정、주변고회성훈、개화、종괴후방회성쇠감、2~3급혈류화조력지수≥0.7비교차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)；변계청석、종횡비≤1、모자정、액와림파결전이솔비교차이미견통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론 TNBC 종류형태규정，결소주변고회성훈급실질개화，후방회성증강，혈류불봉부。
Objective To investigate the sonographic features of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Methods One hundred and twenty-nine famale invasive breast cancer were divided into triple-negative breast cancer( TNBC) group( n = 43) and non-triple-negative breast cancer( non-TNBC) group (n = 86)according to immunohistochemistry. Ultrasonic and pathological characteristics were studied and compared. Results There were significant differences between TNBC group and non-TNBC group in regular morphology, hyper halo echo, calcification, posterior echo attenuation, blood stream grade 2 - 3 and RI≥0. 7(P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences in distinct boundary,D / W≤1, burrs margin and lymph node metastasis rate( P > 0. 05) . Conclusions TNBC mass are regular, lack of hyper halo echo, calcification and posterior echo attenuation. Blood stream grade 2 - 3 and RI≥0. 7 are fewer too.
