现有3吨叉车倾斜液压缸的装配采用全手工操作,劳动强度较大,影响产品的生产效率,急需改善.文中分析了全手动装配的具体操作步骤,提出气动装配的改进思路和方案,设计制作液压缸气动装配台,以降低人工装配劳动强度,提高生产效率.

The assembly of 3 ton forklift tilt hydraulic cylinder was totally manual operation in our company. Due to the high intensity of the assembly, the production efficiency was affected severely and the situation was needed to be improved quickly. In this paper, the specific op-eration steps of the manual assembly were analyzed and the improvement thought of pneumatic assembly was proposed. In order to reduce the intensity of the assembly and improve production efficiency, hydraulic cylinder pneumatic assembly station was designed and produced.
