目的：探讨外剥内扎联合断桥缝合术治疗环状混合痔的疗效。方法选取环状混合痔患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用外剥内扎联合断桥缝合术，对照组采用单纯外剥内扎术，对比疗效。结果观察组切口愈合时间、并发症发生率低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论外剥内扎联合断桥缝合术治疗环状混合痔效果好。
目的：探討外剝內扎聯閤斷橋縫閤術治療環狀混閤痔的療效。方法選取環狀混閤痔患者分為觀察組和對照組，觀察組採用外剝內扎聯閤斷橋縫閤術，對照組採用單純外剝內扎術，對比療效。結果觀察組切口愈閤時間、併髮癥髮生率低于對照組（P <0.05）。結論外剝內扎聯閤斷橋縫閤術治療環狀混閤痔效果好。
목적：탐토외박내찰연합단교봉합술치료배상혼합치적료효。방법선취배상혼합치환자분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조채용외박내찰연합단교봉합술，대조조채용단순외박내찰술，대비료효。결과관찰조절구유합시간、병발증발생솔저우대조조（P <0.05）。결론외박내찰연합단교봉합술치료배상혼합치효과호。
ObjectiveTo investigate the outer peel joint bridge tie suture in the treatment of circumferential mixed results.Methods Circular mixed hemorrhoids were divided into observation group and the control group, the observation group in the United Miligan suture bridge control group, simple ligation within the outer peel, contrast effect.Results The wound healing time and complication rate than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Miligan joint bridge suture ring mixed hemorrhoids cure effect, worthy of promotion.
