目的：：观察多功能保留颈淋巴结清除术治疗分化型甲状腺癌患者的效果。方法：选择分化型甲状腺癌患者48例，根据手术方法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者20例，行传统淋巴结清除术；观察组患者28例，行多功能保留颈淋巴结清除术。比较两组患者的手术效果。结果：两组患者均无手术死亡病例，术后恢复良好，颈部外观无塌陷，术后随访2年以上，无复发、无死亡病例。观察组患者发生耳周、肩部、枕部、颈外和锁骨下皮肤疼痛麻木的比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：应用多功能保留颈淋巴结清除术治疗分化型甲状腺癌患者的疗效优于传统淋巴结清除术效果。
목적：：관찰다공능보류경림파결청제술치료분화형갑상선암환자적효과。방법：선택분화형갑상선암환자48례，근거수술방법분위대조조화관찰조。대조조환자20례，행전통림파결청제술；관찰조환자28례，행다공능보류경림파결청제술。비교량조환자적수술효과。결과：량조환자균무수술사망병례，술후회복량호，경부외관무탑함，술후수방2년이상，무복발、무사망병례。관찰조환자발생이주、견부、침부、경외화쇄골하피부동통마목적비례현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：응용다공능보류경림파결청제술치료분화형갑상선암환자적료효우우전통림파결청제술효과。
Objective:To observe effects of multifunction reserved neck dissection in treatment of differentiated thyroid carci-noma . Methods:48 patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma were divided into control group and observation group by the surgical methods. 20 cases of the control group received conventional clearance of lymph nodes, while 28 cases of the observation group re-ceived multifunction reserved neck dissection. The operation effects of the two groups were compared. Results:There was no operative deaths in the two groups, and the patients recovered well after the treatment, without appearance collapse found on neck. A follow-up for more than 2 years after the treatment showed that no recurrence or deaths were found. The proportions of pain and numbness around the ear, on shoulders, occipital, external carotid and subclavian skin of the patients of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions: The efficacy of multifunc-tion reserved neck dissection in the treatment of differentiated thyroid carcinoma is better than conventional clearance of lymph nodes.
