目的：：观察阿立哌唑联合奥氮平对女性精神分裂症患者体重的影响。方法：选择精神分裂症标准患者62例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各31例。研究组患者采用奥氮平联合阿立哌唑治疗；对照组患者单一采用奥氮平治疗。分别在第0、4、8、12周采用PANSS评定患者的疗效,采用TESS评定患者的不良反应,采用体重变化评定患者的体重,比较两组患者的改善情况。结果：两组患者的PANSS、TESS总分无显著差异(P>0.05),研究组患者在治疗第4周,PANSS的阴性症状评分和治疗第8周体重变化评定与对照组相比均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论：阿立哌唑联合奥氮平对女性精神分裂症患者改善体重增加和阴性症状的功效优于单一奥氮平治疗功效。
목적：：관찰아립고서연합오담평대녀성정신분렬증환자체중적영향。방법：선택정신분렬증표준환자62례,수궤분위연구조화대조조,매조각31례。연구조환자채용오담평연합아립고서치료；대조조환자단일채용오담평치료。분별재제0、4、8、12주채용PANSS평정환자적료효,채용TESS평정환자적불량반응,채용체중변화평정환자적체중,비교량조환자적개선정황。결과：량조환자적PANSS、TESS총분무현저차이(P>0.05),연구조환자재치료제4주,PANSS적음성증상평분화치료제8주체중변화평정여대조조상비균명현하강(P<0.01)。결론：아립고서연합오담평대녀성정신분렬증환자개선체중증가화음성증상적공효우우단일오담평치료공효。
Objective: To observe effects of Aripiprazole combined with Olanzapine on body weight in female patients with schizophrenia. Methods:62 cases with schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group (31 cases) and control group (31 ca-ses) . The study group was treated with Aripiprazole combined with Olanzapine, whereas the control group received only Olanzapine. The positive and negative symptom scale ( PANSS) , treatment emergent symptom scale ( TESS) , and weight change were used to eval-uate the efficacy, adverse reaction, and body weight at weeks 0, 4, 8 and 12, respectively. The improvements of the two groups were compared. Results:Before the treatment, there were no significant differences in the PANSS and TESS total scores between the two groups (P>0. 05);however, after the treatment, the negative symptom score of PANSS at week 4, and weight change evaluation at week 8 of study group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0. 01). Conclusions:The effects of Aripiprazole com-bined with Olanzapine on improvements of weight gain and negative symptoms of the female schizophrenics are better than those of sin-gle Olanzapine.
