针对传统铅酸蓄电池SOC(state of charge)预测方法在线测量精度不高的问题,提出基于电化学反应原理的预测方法.该方法首先对电池进行放电,利用放电电流、电压和硫酸浓度的关系得到电池的硫酸浓度,再根据硫酸浓度与电解液密度的关系得到电解液密度,最后利用电解液密度与SOC的对应的关系得到电池的SOC.研究结果表明,该方法具有操作方便,实时监测准确度高的优点.

Considering the online measurement accuracy of the traditional lead-acid battery SOC(state of charge)prediction methods is not high,the forecasting method based on electrochemical theorem is proposed.Firstly,the method discharges the battery,and the concentration of sulfuric acid is obtained by using the relationship between discharge current ,voltage and sulfuric acid.Then,the electrolyte density is gained according to the relationship between the concentration of sulfuric acid and electrolyte density.And finally get the SOC using the corresponding relation pf electrolyte density and SOC.The experiment results prove that the method has the advantages of convenient operation, high accuracy of real-time monitoring.
