目的：探讨专病一体化管理对腹膜透析患者营养的影响。方法随机选取2013年收治的50例腹膜透析患者作为对照组,2014年收治的58例腹膜透析患者作为观察组。两组患者均进行腹膜透析,对照组患者采用常规的管理方法进行干预,观察组患者进行专病一体化管理,比较两组患者管理后营养状况及两组患者的满意率。结果观察组患者的相关营养指标检测明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹膜透析患者应用专病一体化管理具有极好的效果,能够维持患者的营养平衡,使患者摄入的营养成分更加合理,而且该管理方法在临床上更容易得到患者的认可,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of integration management on nutritional status in patients with perito-neal dialysis. Methods Fifty patients with peritoneal dialysis were selected as control group in 2013, and 58 patients with peritoneal dialysis as observation group in 2014. Both groups were given peritoneal dialysis, the control group with routine model, observation group with integrated management. The nutritional status and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Nutritional indexes of the observation group were higher than those of control group, the differences were significant(P<0. 05);Satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0. 05). Conclusions Integrated management has the extremely good effect on peritoneal dialysis patients, to maintain the patient’ s nutritional balance, nutrient composition more reasonable, and the model in the recognition of pa-tients with clinically easier to get, worth clinical promotion.
