目的研究电针三阴交对自然围绝经期大鼠卵巢雌二醇( E2)和大脑皮层神经递质的影响。方法本实验以自然衰老大鼠为模型,将大鼠以随机数字法分为治疗组(电针组)、模型组(对照组)、正常组(青年组),每组7只。治疗组大鼠予三阴交电针治疗,隔日一次,共治疗15次。其他两组大鼠进行常规饲养,不进行针刺,隔日抓取。采用高效液相色谱-配以电化学检测法( HPLC-ECD)测定各组大脑皮层中神经递质的含量,酶联免疫吸附法测定卵巢E2含量。结果 E2模型组的E2含量比正常组显著降低(P<0.01),治疗组的E2含量比模型组显著升高(P<0.01)。与正常组比较,模型组大鼠多巴胺(DA)含量下降不明显(P>0.05),NE的含量显著下降(P<0.01),5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量升高显著(P<0.01);模型组的5-HT/去甲肾上腺素(NE)值显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠的DA含量升高显著(P<0.01),NE的含量也明显升高(P<0.05),5-HT的含量显著降低(P<0.01),治疗组的5-HT/NE值降低显著(P<0.01)。结论电针三阴交可以有效调节自然衰老围绝经期大鼠卵巢E2和大脑皮层神经递质的含量。

목적연구전침삼음교대자연위절경기대서란소자이순( E2)화대뇌피층신경체질적영향。방법본실험이자연쇠로대서위모형,장대서이수궤수자법분위치료조(전침조)、모형조(대조조)、정상조(청년조),매조7지。치료조대서여삼음교전침치료,격일일차,공치료15차。기타량조대서진행상규사양,불진행침자,격일조취。채용고효액상색보-배이전화학검측법( HPLC-ECD)측정각조대뇌피층중신경체질적함량,매련면역흡부법측정란소E2함량。결과 E2모형조적E2함량비정상조현저강저(P<0.01),치료조적E2함량비모형조현저승고(P<0.01)。여정상조비교,모형조대서다파알(DA)함량하강불명현(P>0.05),NE적함량현저하강(P<0.01),5-간색알(5-HT)적함량승고현저(P<0.01);모형조적5-HT/거갑신상선소(NE)치현저승고(P<0.01)。여모형조비교,치료조대서적DA함량승고현저(P<0.01),NE적함량야명현승고(P<0.05),5-HT적함량현저강저(P<0.01),치료조적5-HT/NE치강저현저(P<0.01)。결론전침삼음교가이유효조절자연쇠로위절경기대서란소E2화대뇌피층신경체질적함량。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of electro-acupuncturing ( EA) Sanyinjiao on estradiol and cerebral neurotransmitters in natural premenopausal rats.Methods The natural aging rats was slected as animal model. The rats were randomly divided into treatment group ( EA group ) , model group ( control group ) , the normal group ( youth group) ,7 rats in each group.Rats in EA group were treated by Sanyinjiao acupuncture every other day,and total-ly 15 times.Other groups of rats were feed routine and crawled every other day without acupuncture.Cortex neurotrans-mitter levels of each group were determined by HPLC with electrochemical detection ( HPLC-ECD) .The contents of es-tradiol of each group were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Estradiol level of model group was significantly lower than that of the normal groups(P<0.01).Compared with model group,Estradiol was increased sig-nificantly in treatment group (P<0.01).Compared with normal group,DA was decreased in model group,but no statis-tical significance (P>0.05),while the NE was decreased and 5-HT increasing significantly (P<0.01).The ratio of 5-HT/NE was increased significantly in model group(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,DA and NE of treat-ment group were significantly increased (P<0.01,P<0.05),but 5-HT was significantly decreased (P<0.01).The ratio of 5-HT/NE was decreased significantly in treatment group when compared with model group (P<0.01).Conclu-sion EA Sanyinjiao can effectively regulate the ovarian estradiol and cerebral cortex neurotransmitters of natural aging perimenopausal rats.There are significant correlation between estradiol and the cerebral cortex neurotransmitters inclu-ding DA,NE and 5-HT.
