Medical security fund is the key of medical security system. Thus, establishes scientific and rational administrative system of medical security fund to perfect medical security system. According to China's condition, it needs to establish independent organization that takes charge of medical security fund in a quasi-NGO manner. And it is suggested that the collaboration among various organizations and departments should be enhanced in the administration of medical security, and the coordination criterion of medical security fund should be heightened.
