This thesis analyzes the connotation and present situation of budget management performance management in public hospital. The effectiveness and feasibility of the performance management evaluation system of the budget in the public hospital has been verified to make sure the achievement of budget management in hospital and develop health protection sustainable combined with the real data in YB hospital.
