对氨合成塔底部副线管道异径管的破裂事故,经过事故调查,从材料成分、硬度变化、壁厚测定、金相组织及氢腐蚀机理等角度,分析了该异径管破裂的原因。证实该异径管的破裂系氢腐蚀所致,并提出了一定的预防措施。

The bursting accident for reducing pipe of subsidiary conduit on the foot of Ammonia Synthesis Converter was investigated. The reason was analyzed by using chemical and physical testing methods, material’s analysis, hardness and thickness testing, microstructure, theory of hydrogen corrosion. The results showed that the failure of the reducing pipe of subsidiary conduit was mainly caused by hydrogen corrosion. In addition, some effective preventive means are mentioned in the end.
