目的：：探讨喹硫平治疗酒精所致精神障碍患者对认知功能的影响。方法：选择30例酒精所致精神障碍男性患者进行喹硫平治疗，治疗前后进行P300电位测定和认知功能筛查量表( CASI)心理测量，并进行比较。结果：喹硫平治疗酒精所致精神障碍患者P300潜伏期、波幅及CASI心理测量结果与治疗前相比差异均有统计意义。结论：喹硫平能有效地改善酒精所致精神障碍患者的认知功能。
목적：：탐토규류평치료주정소치정신장애환자대인지공능적영향。방법：선택30례주정소치정신장애남성환자진행규류평치료，치료전후진행P300전위측정화인지공능사사량표( CASI)심리측량，병진행비교。결과：규류평치료주정소치정신장애환자P300잠복기、파폭급CASI심리측량결과여치료전상비차이균유통계의의。결론：규류평능유효지개선주정소치정신장애환자적인지공능。
Objective:To investigate effects of Quetiapineon cognitive function in patients with alcohol-induced mental disor-ders. Methods:30 cases of patients with alcohol-induced mental disorders were selected and treated with Quetiapine. P300 potential measurement and cognitive function screening scale ( CASI) were performed before and after the treatment. Results:The differences of latency and amplitude of P300, and CASI result of the patients with alcohol-induced mental disordersbefore and after the treatmentwere statistically significant. Conclusions:The cognitive function of the patients with alcohol-induced mental disorders can be effectively improved by the use of Quetiapine.
