目的：对比分析开腹与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取运城市盐湖区第一人民医院2012年5月至2014年5月收治的200例子宫肌瘤患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中开腹治疗组患者89例，腹腔镜下剔除组111例；对比分析两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后首次下床活动时间、术后首次排气时间、镇痛药物使用率及总住院时间。结果腹腔镜下剔除组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后首次下床活动时间、术后首次排气时间、镇痛药物使用率及总住院时间均低于开腹治疗组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论相对于开腹治疗，腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术能取得更为满意的临床效果，值得临床推广。
목적：대비분석개복여복강경하자궁기류척제술치료자궁기류적림상효과。방법선취운성시염호구제일인민의원2012년5월지2014년5월수치적200례자궁기류환자，대기림상자료진행회고성분석，기중개복치료조환자89례，복강경하척제조111례；대비분석량조환자적수술시간、술중출혈량、술후수차하상활동시간、술후수차배기시간、진통약물사용솔급총주원시간。결과복강경하척제조환자적수술시간、술중출혈량、술후수차하상활동시간、술후수차배기시간、진통약물사용솔급총주원시간균저우개복치료조，차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)。결론상대우개복치료，복강경하자궁기류척제술능취득경위만의적림상효과，치득림상추엄。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of open and laparoscopic uter-ine fibroids on removing uterine fibroids. Methods Selected 200 patients with uterine fibroids from May 2012 to May 2014, and retrospectively analyzed their clinical data, including 89 patients treated with open surgery, 111 cases in laparoscopic myomectomy group;the operative time, blood loss, postoperative ambulation first time, after the first exhaust time, pain medication usage, and total hospital stay was com-pared. Results The operative time, blood loss, postoperative ambulation first time, the first time after discharge, pain medication usage and total hospitalization time in laparoscopic myomectomy group were lower than that of open treatment group, the differences were significant (P <0. 05). Conclusions With respect to the treatment of abdominal, laparoscopic myomectomy can achieve more satisfactory clini-cal results, and is worthy of promotion.
