超高韧性水泥基复合材料(Engineered Cementitious Composites,简称ECC)具有较高的拉伸应变和抵抗开裂的能力,用其取代混凝土可以提高结构的延性和抗裂性能。基于ANSYS平台数值模拟了钢筋超高韧性水泥基复合材料梁和钢筋混凝土梁的正截面破坏过程,比较了两者模拟结果,研究了钢筋超高韧性水泥基复合材料梁的弯曲性能。结果表明,钢筋超高韧性水泥基复合材料梁的正截面破坏过程与钢筋混凝土梁相似,承载力和抵抗开裂的能力有所提高。

Engineered cementitious composites (ECC) has high tensile strain capacity and crack resistance perfor-mance, ductility of structure and crack resisting ability are improved by ECC replaced concrete. Based on ANSYS plat-form, numerical simulation results for failure processes of normal section which are between reinforced engineered cemen-titious composites beam and reinforced concrete beam are compared, the flexural behaviors of reinforced engineered ce-mentitious composites beam are studied. The results show that beam failure process of reinforced engineered cementitious composites beam are similar with reinforced concrete beam, bearing capacity and ductility of reinforced engineered ce-mentitious composites beam are better than reinforced concrete beam.
