目的:探讨全程护理工作模式对护士工作满意度的影响。方法采用 Mueller/ McCloskey 满意度量表对护理模式改革前后护士工作满意度进行评价。结果全程护理工作模式的护士满意度得分由原来的(2.81±0.34)分提高到(3.56±0.52)分,在排班、工作与家庭的平衡、互动机会、职业机会、被表扬与认可、控制与责任6个维度的得分均有所上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程护理工作模式能够提高护士工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of the full nursing work mode of job on satisfaction of nur-ses. Methods Mueller / McCloskey Satisfaction Scale was used to evaluate job satisfaction of nurses before and after the reform of the nursing model. Results Nurse satisfaction scores of full nursing model was increased from (2. 81±0. 34) points to (3. 56±0. 52) points. Scores in scheduling, work and family balance, interactive opportunities, career op-portunities, praise and recognition, control and responsibilities scores of the six dimensions were all increased, the differences were all significant (P<0. 05) . Conclusions Full nursing work mode could improve the job satisfaction of nurses.
