[目的]了解广州市现有养老机构的总体状况,比较广州市民营养老机构与国办养老机构的不同及存在的问题,并提出相应的对策与建议.[方法] 采用调研法,文献分析法.[结果] 广州市养老机构床位总数为36,924张,其中,国办养老机构床位数显著大于民营养老机构;民营养老机构数量占广州市养老机构的60%,民营养老机构的占地面积和老人活动面积多于国办养老机构,其收费金额显著大于国办养老机构.[结论] 广州市现有养老机构床位数远不能满足需求;民营养老机构是养老机构的重要组成部分,政府管理部门应积极参与,在政策层面给予积极扶持;对民营养老机构的土地使用给予优惠政策;建立指导和监督兼顾的收费机制,促进养老机构健康、稳定经营.

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to understand the current situation of nursing institution for the aged in Guangzhou, and compare the different and problems in private nursing institution for the aged so as to make relevant suggestions and countermeasures.Methods Adopted research and literature analysis method.Results The total number of the beds of nursing institution for the aged were 36924, which floor area and activity area of private was more than public's, and as well the cost. Conclusions The beds of nursing institution for the aged can not satisfy with requirement. Government should introduce market mechanism. Give preferential policy on land using. Build charge mechanism with both guidance and supervision so as to promote the nursing institution for the aged healthy and stable running.
