采用溶胶凝胶法制备了(Sm1- x Erx )2 Zr2 O7纳米粉体,采用 XRD 和 FT-IR 技术分析了粉体的相组成,用 SEM 和EDS 分析了粉体的显微形貌和元素组成。结果表明,采用溶胶凝胶法成功地制备了纯净的具有焦绿石结构的( Sm1- x Erx )2 Zr2 O7纳米粉体,其颗粒尺寸为30~200 nm,各元素摩尔比与化学式一致。

The(Sm1 - x Erx )2 Zr2 O7 powders were prepared by sol-gel method in this paper. The phase structure was analyzed by XRD and FT-IR methods,the mico-morphology and element composition were investigated by SEM and EDS. Results show that pure powders with pyrochlore structure are synthesized successfully,the particle size lies in the range of 30 ~ 200 nm and the atomic ratio of elements is consistent to their chemical expression.
