目的：探讨综合护理干预对普外科患者不良情绪、满意度及生活质量的影响。方法随机选取2014年4月～2015年6月在我院普外科进行治疗的210例患者，以是否提供综合护理干预为区别，将210例患者平均分为两组，干预组为105例患者，给予患者综合护理干预；而剩余105例患者为普通组，仅提供常规护理服务，将两组患者实验结果进行对比，分析综合护理干预的效果并对其作出评价。结果干预组在提供综合护理服务后患者满意度优于普通组，患者不良情绪发生率低于普通组，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论普外科护理过程中，行综合护理干预后，能有明显提高患者满意度，减少护患纠纷，提高患者生活质量。
목적：탐토종합호리간예대보외과환자불량정서、만의도급생활질량적영향。방법수궤선취2014년4월～2015년6월재아원보외과진행치료적210례환자，이시부제공종합호리간예위구별，장210례환자평균분위량조，간예조위105례환자，급여환자종합호리간예；이잉여105례환자위보통조，부제공상규호리복무，장량조환자실험결과진행대비，분석종합호리간예적효과병대기작출평개。결과간예조재제공종합호리복무후환자만의도우우보통조，환자불량정서발생솔저우보통조，차이구유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론보외과호리과정중，행종합호리간예후，능유명현제고환자만의도，감소호환규분，제고환자생활질량。
ObjectiveTo investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention on general surgery patients with negative emotions, affect satisfaction and quality of life.Methods Randomly selected in April 2014~June 2015 in our hospital treated 210 general surgery patients, to provide comprehensive nursing intervention if the difference between the 210 cases of patients were divided into two groups, the intervention group, 105 cases patient, administering to the patient a comprehensive nursing intervention; and the remaining 105 patients for the general group, only routine care, the experimental results were compared two groups of patients, analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention and to evaluate them. Results The intervention group to provide comprehensive care and patient satisfaction after better than ordinary group, the incidence of negative emotions in patients with lower than normal group, the difference was significantly meaningful (P< 0.05).ConclusionGeneral surgical care process, after the line integrated care intervention can significantly improve patient satisfaction, reduce medical disputes, improve the quality of life of patients, and more suited to today's medical development.
