目的:探讨尖锐湿疣( CA)组织中缺氧诱导因子1α( HIF-1α)和Flt-1的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测38例CA组织中HIF-1α和Flt-1的表达。结果 CA组织中HIF-1α和Flt-1阳性表达率分别为92.11%(35/38)和100.00%(38/38),正常对照组HIF-1α和Flt-1阳性表达率分别为65.00%(13/20)和100.00%(20/20);CA组织中HIF-1α和Flt-1阳性表达强度多在++~+++,正常对照组多在照组多在+~++;CA组织中HIF-1α和Flt-1阳性表达率与正常对照组比较差异未见统计学意义( P>0.05),但两组HIF-1α和Flt-1的阳性表达强度比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);HIF-1α和Flt-1表达之间呈正相关( P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α和Flt-1参与了CA的发病过程,并在促进CA血管生成及发生发展中可能发挥重要作用。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of HIF-1α and Flt-1 in le-sions of condyloma acuminatum( CA) . Methods SP immunohistochemistry method was used to measure the expression of HIF-1αand Flt-1 in 38 cases of CA and 20 normal skin controls. Results The positive rates of HIF-1α and Flt-1 were 92. 11%( 35/38 ) and 100. 00%( 38/38 ) in CA tissues, meanwhile 65. 00%(13/20) and 100. 00%(20/20)in the controls. No significant difference was found in the posi-tive rates of HIF-1αor Flt-1 between the two groups ( P>0. 05 ) . But the expression intensity of HIF-1αand Flt-1 in CA was significant higher ( + + - + + +) than that in normal controls ( + - + +) ( P<0. 05 ) . The positive correlation was observed between the expression of HIF-1α and Flt-1 ( r=0. 403 , P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions HIF-1αand Flt-1 not only take part in the formation mechanism of CA but al-so play an important role in promoting the angiogenesis and development of CA.
