目的：通过脑卒中患者心理状态调查，探讨相应临床护理措施。方法选取我院脑卒中患者115例，于患者入院后均进行常规治疗及护理，后依照患者情况加强心理护理干预。结果实施心理护理干预后，115例患者焦虑及抑郁比例少于护理前，两组数据对比具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；且实施心理护理干预后，患者SAS、SDS评分改善情况优于护理前，两组数据显著差异（P <0.05）。结论加强对脑卒中患者的临床护理干预，可有效改善患者心理状态，应用效果显著。

목적：통과뇌졸중환자심리상태조사，탐토상응림상호리조시。방법선취아원뇌졸중환자115례，우환자입원후균진행상규치료급호리，후의조환자정황가강심리호리간예。결과실시심리호리간예후，115례환자초필급억욱비례소우호리전，량조수거대비구유통계학의의（P <0.05）；차실시심리호리간예후，환자SAS、SDS평분개선정황우우호리전，량조수거현저차이（P <0.05）。결론가강대뇌졸중환자적림상호리간예，가유효개선환자심리상태，응용효과현저。
Objective To investigate the psychological state of stroke patients to discuss appropriate measures for clinical care.Methods115 cases of stroke patients in our hospital, after the patient was admitted to hospital for routine treatment and care, strengthen psychological care after intervention according to the patient's condition.ResultsAfter the implementation of psychological nursing intervention, 115 cases of anxiety and depression was significantly less than before treatment, the two groups were statisticaly significant data comparison (P < 0.05); and after the implementation of mental nursing, patient SAS, SDS scores improved excelent situation before care, according to two sets of data a significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusionstrengthen the clinical care of patients with stroke intervention can effectively improve the patient's mental state, the application of the effect is significant and has application value.
