目的：对中西医结合治疗中风后继发癫痫的临床效果进行分析，并加以总结。方法对50例中风后继发癫痫患者，将其分为治疗组与参照组。两组均给予复方丹参注射液治疗。在此基础上，治疗组加用中药汤剂及针灸治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的总有效率高于参照组。结论中西医结合治疗中风后继发癫痫，疗效显著。

목적：대중서의결합치료중풍후계발전간적림상효과진행분석，병가이총결。방법대50례중풍후계발전간환자，장기분위치료조여삼조조。량조균급여복방단삼주사액치료。재차기출상，치료조가용중약탕제급침구치료，대비량조적치료효과。결과치료조적총유효솔고우삼조조。결론중서의결합치료중풍후계발전간，료효현저。
ObjectivePurpose of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of secondary epilepsy after stroke effect is analyzed, and summarized.Methods 50 cases of secondary epilepsy after stroke, it can be divided into the treatment group and control group. Two groups were given compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection treatment. On this basis, the treatment group plus medicinal broth with Chinese traditional medicine and acupuncture treatment, compared two groups of therapeutic effect.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment group is significantly higher than control group.Conclusion Combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of secondary epilepsy after stroke, curative effect is distinct.
