以远程多管火箭炮平衡悬架钢板弹簧为研究对象,利用 ABAQUS 软件建立了有限元模型,得到了钢板弹簧刚度特性。为便于研究远程多管火箭炮的平顺性能,将钢板弹簧简化为三连杆模型,通过 Isight 集成优化法与逆向仿真法对三连杆模型参数进行辨识,建立了准确的三连杆模型。利用 ADAMS 对三连杆模型进行仿真计算,并与有限元结果对比,验证了模型的准确性。
以遠程多管火箭砲平衡懸架鋼闆彈簧為研究對象,利用 ABAQUS 軟件建立瞭有限元模型,得到瞭鋼闆彈簧剛度特性。為便于研究遠程多管火箭砲的平順性能,將鋼闆彈簧簡化為三連桿模型,通過 Isight 集成優化法與逆嚮倣真法對三連桿模型參數進行辨識,建立瞭準確的三連桿模型。利用 ADAMS 對三連桿模型進行倣真計算,併與有限元結果對比,驗證瞭模型的準確性。

This paper studies the leaf spring for balanced suspension of long range multi barrel rocket launchers.A finite element model has been es-tablished by ABAQUS to get stiffness characteristics of leaf springs.To facilitate the study of the ride com-fort of long range multi barrel rocket launchers, steel spring was reduced to three link model.An ac-curate three link model has been established by using Isight integrated optimization method and reverse sim-ulation method to identify parameters.The simulation results of three link model was obtained by using ADAMS and compared with finite element results, thus validating the accuracy of the three link model.
