目的:探讨微创经皮钢板固定方法治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效,为相关临床治疗的开展提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析我院2009年5月~2013年4月收治的60例胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料,将其随机分为研究组与对照组。研究组行微创经皮钢板固定治疗,对照组行常规治疗,分析比对两组患者术后一年的恢复情况。结果研究组患者的骨折术后痊愈时间少于对照组(P <0.05),且两组的总有效率分别为96.7%和80%,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论行微创经皮钢板固定手术治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效确切,安全可靠,术后并发症少,患者痊愈时间短。

목적:탐토미창경피강판고정방법치료경골평태골절적림상료효,위상관림상치료적개전제공삼고의거。방법회고성분석아원2009년5월~2013년4월수치적60례경골평태골절환자적림상자료,장기수궤분위연구조여대조조。연구조행미창경피강판고정치료,대조조행상규치료,분석비대량조환자술후일년적회복정황。결과연구조환자적골절술후전유시간소우대조조(P <0.05),차량조적총유효솔분별위96.7%화80%,차이존재통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론행미창경피강판고정수술치료경골평태골절료효학절,안전가고,술후병발증소,환자전유시간단。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimaly invasive percutaneous plate fixation for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures, and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical data of patients with tibial plateau fractures were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group was treated with minimaly invasive percutaneous plate fixation, and the control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the recovery of the two groups was analyzed.Results The recovery time of the study group was significantly less than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the total effective rate was 96.7% and 80%, the difference was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Minimaly invasive percutaneous plate fixation for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures is effective, safe and reliable, less postoperative complications, patients recover time is short, it is worthy of clinical use.
