目的：：探讨周期性嗜睡贪食综合征患者的治疗护理方法，提高医护水平，促进患者尽快恢复健康。方法：回顾1例周期性嗜睡贪食综合征( Kleine-Levin)患者的临床资料，总结临床治疗和护理的方法。结果：本例患者在医护人员精心的治疗和护理下度过急性发病期并恢复健康，经在院观察，患者未再出现精神症状后出院。结论：医护人员尽早对急性发病期患者进行积极的治疗，加强对患者急性期的护理，有利于提高患者的生活质量，使患者恢复健康并回归社会。
목적：：탐토주기성기수탐식종합정환자적치료호리방법，제고의호수평，촉진환자진쾌회복건강。방법：회고1례주기성기수탐식종합정( Kleine-Levin)환자적림상자료，총결림상치료화호리적방법。결과：본례환자재의호인원정심적치료화호리하도과급성발병기병회복건강，경재원관찰，환자미재출현정신증상후출원。결론：의호인원진조대급성발병기환자진행적겁적치료，가강대환자급성기적호리，유리우제고환자적생활질량，사환자회복건강병회귀사회。
Objective:To study treatment and nursing care methods for patients with Kleine-Levin syndrome, in order to im-provemedical care level and promote rehabilitation of the patients. Methods:The clinical data of 1 case with Kleine-Levin syndrome were reviewed, and the treatment and nursing care methods were summarized. Results: The patient got through acute phase and re-stored under the careful treatment and care of the medical staff,and discharged after being observed no recurrence of psychotic symp-toms. Conclusions:Strengthening the nursing care and early positive treatment of the patients with Kleine-Levin syndrome in the acute phasewill help the patients improve the quality of life,promote rehabilitation and return to society.
