目的：探究研究护士参与药物临床实验的作用和效果。方法选取我院药物实验中心临床科室研究护士10名，于2013年6月～2015年5月参与药物临床实验，观察比较参与实验前、后患者临床不良事件发生情况和投诉情况。结果参与药物临床实验后患者临床不良事件发生率和投诉率均低于参与实验前（P <0.05），数据比较差异均存在统计学意义。结论于药物临床实验中采用研究护士参与模式，应用效果显著。
목적：탐구연구호사삼여약물림상실험적작용화효과。방법선취아원약물실험중심림상과실연구호사10명，우2013년6월～2015년5월삼여약물림상실험，관찰비교삼여실험전、후환자림상불량사건발생정황화투소정황。결과삼여약물림상실험후환자림상불량사건발생솔화투소솔균저우삼여실험전（P <0.05），수거비교차이균존재통계학의의。결론우약물림상실험중채용연구호사삼여모식，응용효과현저。
Objective Research on the effect and main effect of nurses participating in drug clinical trials.Methods Select the center of medicine experimental center of our hospital 10 nurses,drug clinical trials in June 2013 to June 2015,to observe and compare the clinical adverse events and complaints of patients before and after the experiment.ResultsThe incidence of clinical adverse events and the rate of complaints in patients after clinical trials are lower than those in the experimental group(P < 0.05),data were statisticaly significant differences.Conclusion Study on the model of nurse involvement in drug clinical trials,can effectively reduce the incidence of clinical adverse events and complaints rate,application effect is remarkable,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
