阐述了浙江浙能长兴发电有限公司入厂煤机械化采样装置在运行中频繁故障造成投用率低的各种问题，通过原因分析，提出了改造优化方案并加以实施，满足了在到厂煤结算检质设备方面的要求，促进了公司燃煤精细化管理，为其他燃煤电厂提高入厂煤机械化采样装置的可靠应用提供参考。

The paper discusses all sorts of frequent failures causing the low operation rate in the mechanized sampling device for the coal shipping to the plant in Zhejiang Zheneng Changxing Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd.Through analyzing the problems,the paper proposes that an optimization scheme be implemented to meet the quality demand of the equipment of coal shipping into the factory, which has gained some successful experiences to promote coal fine management,and provided other companies with some beneficial practice to improve the factory reliable application of the mechanization of coal sampling devices.
