目的：探讨护士长量化考核在护理管理中的作用。方法根据优质护理服务示范工程的实施方案，结合我院开展的具体工作情况，制定切实可行的护士长量化考核表对全院的护士长进行考核。结果通过考核评比总结，调动了护士长的积极性，护士长由被动管理变为主动管理，医院的护理质量明显提高。结论护士长量化考核有效的推动了医院的护理质量发展，可不断的完善并继续运行。
목적：탐토호사장양화고핵재호리관리중적작용。방법근거우질호리복무시범공정적실시방안，결합아원개전적구체공작정황，제정절실가행적호사장양화고핵표대전원적호사장진행고핵。결과통과고핵평비총결，조동료호사장적적겁성，호사장유피동관리변위주동관리，의원적호리질량명현제고。결론호사장양화고핵유효적추동료의원적호리질량발전，가불단적완선병계속운행。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of nursing management in the quantitative assessment of the head-nurse.MethodsAccording to implementation plan of the high quality nursing service demonstration project and combining the specific work in our hospital formulate the quantitative assessment table of head-nurses that is feasible to assess head-nurses in the hospital.Results The competition and summarize of assessment motivate the working enthusiasm of head-nurses which changed from passive management to active management. The nursing quality of hospital improved significantly. Conlusion The quantitative assessment of the head-nurse is effective in promoting the development of nursing quality in the hospital, which can be improved and continued to run.
