目的：探讨强肾健脾汤对慢性肾功能衰竭的治疗价值。方法选取我院收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者64例，对照组进行常规治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上给予强肾健脾汤。结果实验组治疗总有效率为93.75%，对照组治疗总有效率为68.75%，实验组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论强肾健脾汤对慢性肾功能衰竭的效果好，总有效率高。
目的：探討彊腎健脾湯對慢性腎功能衰竭的治療價值。方法選取我院收治的慢性腎功能衰竭患者64例，對照組進行常規治療，實驗組在對照組的基礎上給予彊腎健脾湯。結果實驗組治療總有效率為93.75%，對照組治療總有效率為68.75%，實驗組優于對照組，差異有統計學意義P<0.05。結論彊腎健脾湯對慢性腎功能衰竭的效果好，總有效率高。
목적：탐토강신건비탕대만성신공능쇠갈적치료개치。방법선취아원수치적만성신공능쇠갈환자64례，대조조진행상규치료，실험조재대조조적기출상급여강신건비탕。결과실험조치료총유효솔위93.75%，대조조치료총유효솔위68.75%，실험조우우대조조，차이유통계학의의P<0.05。결론강신건비탕대만성신공능쇠갈적효과호，총유효솔고。
Objective To study the therapeutic value of strong kidney and spleen Decoction on chronic renal failure.Methods 64 cases of chronic renal failure patients were selected, the control group was treated with routine treatment, and the experimental group was treated with strong kidney and spleen Decoction on the basis of control group.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%, the total effective rate was 68.75% in the control group, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statisticaly significantP< 0.05.Conclusion Strong kidney and spleen Decoction on chronic renal failure, the effect is good, the total effective rate is high, it is worth promoting.
