目的：：探讨静脉用药调配中心对临床开展优质护理的保障作用。方法：随机选取2013年1月前患者为对照组,2013年1月后为观察组,每组各50例,比较两组患者的合理用药情况及用药满意度。结果：观察组患者的用药满意度为96.0%,用药不合理发生率为4%；对照组患者用药满意度84%,用药不合理率为14%,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义；两组患者干预前自我效能感评分无明显差异,干预后观察组患者显著高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：静脉用药调配中心在临床开展优质护理中能发挥减少护理人员的工作量,提高患者的用药满意度和降低不合理用药等作用。
목적：：탐토정맥용약조배중심대림상개전우질호리적보장작용。방법：수궤선취2013년1월전환자위대조조,2013년1월후위관찰조,매조각50례,비교량조환자적합리용약정황급용약만의도。결과：관찰조환자적용약만의도위96.0%,용약불합리발생솔위4%；대조조환자용약만의도84%,용약불합리솔위14%,조간대비차이명현(P<0.05),구유통계학의의；량조환자간예전자아효능감평분무명현차이,간예후관찰조환자현저고우대조조,유통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론：정맥용약조배중심재림상개전우질호리중능발휘감소호리인원적공작량,제고환자적용약만의도화강저불합리용약등작용。
Objective:To investigate security effect of pharmacy intravenous admixture center ( PIVAS) on clinical high-qual-ity nursing. Methods:The patients before January 2013 were selected as control group (n=50), while those after January 2013 were chosen as observation group (n=50). The situation of rational use of drugs and medication satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:In observation group, the medication satisfaction was 96% and the irrational drug use occurrence rate was 4%; in control group, the medication satisfaction was 84% and the irrational drug use occurrence rate was 14%; the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Before the intervention, there was no difference in the self-efficacy score between the two group;however, after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions:The development of high quality nursing in the PIVAS can reduce the workload of the nurses, improve the patients' satisfaction, and reduce the occur-rence rate of irrational drug use.
