木霉1285在以秸秆为原料的固体基质上发酵完成后,制备了其碱提取物(ETF),比较了ETF对酵母生长、酒精发酵和耐高温性能的影响.结果表明,当ETF在酒精发酵醪中的添加量为5.0 g/L时,酵母生物量可以达到对照处理的1.75倍,醪液中的乙醇浓度可以从10%vol提高到15%vol;在40℃恒温培养时,ETF可以显著提高酵母的存活率.以秸秆为基质的木霉1285发酵提取物对酵母生长和耐受性能的促进作用显著,在酒精发酵行业具有良好的应用前景.

In this study, Trichodermal sp. 1285 was cultivated with rice straw. And a mixture named ETF was extracted from the fermentation substrate with alkali liquor. The effects of ETF on yeast growth, alcohol fermentation and yeast thermostability were investigated. The results suggested that, the biomass of S.cerevisiae could reach up to 1.75 times of the contrast group as ETF was added into fermenting mash at 5.0 g/L, and ethanol concentration in mash liquid could increase from 10%vol to 15%vol;during constant temperature cultivation at 40℃, the addition of ETF could significantly increase the survival rate of S.cerevisiae. ETF was excellent to promote the growth and the tolerance of yeast, and it was a potential additive in alcohol fermentation industry.
