将脱胶过后的苎麻分别在不同浓度的碱液条件下进行碱液蒸煮改性,在不同浓度的尿素和 NaOH 中煮沸进行碱-尿素改性,在铜氨溶液中进行常温铜氨改性,在高温条件下进行高温改性。对改性后的苎麻纤维进行断裂强度、断裂伸长率和纤维横纵向形态测试。实验结果表明,在 w(NaOH)为8%、煮沸时间为30 min 的条件下进行改性处理,可以使苎麻纤维变细、伸长率和柔软度增加、胶质降低并且保持较好的强度。
將脫膠過後的苧痳分彆在不同濃度的堿液條件下進行堿液蒸煮改性,在不同濃度的尿素和 NaOH 中煮沸進行堿-尿素改性,在銅氨溶液中進行常溫銅氨改性,在高溫條件下進行高溫改性。對改性後的苧痳纖維進行斷裂彊度、斷裂伸長率和纖維橫縱嚮形態測試。實驗結果錶明,在 w(NaOH)為8%、煮沸時間為30 min 的條件下進行改性處理,可以使苧痳纖維變細、伸長率和柔軟度增加、膠質降低併且保持較好的彊度。

The ramie of degum is put in different concentrations of alkali for caustic cooking to modify,boiling the ramie of degum at different concentrations of urea and sodium hydroxide,modifying the ramie of degum in copper ammonia solution at room tempera-ture,the modification under the high temperature is researched. For the modified ramie fiber,the fiber strength,elongations at break, fiber morphology of transverse and longitudinal forms are tested. The results show that boiling ramie degumming at a concentration of NaOH 8% for 30 min can make ramie fiber thinner,and elongation to increase,flexibility to be increased and glial to be reduced while maintaining good strength.
