This paper systematically introduced the drug procurement method at home and abroad by reviewing the recent literatures, including European Union countries public hospital, Hong Kong hospital authority, medicine exchange institution in Guangdong province and Sanming city in Fujian province. Furthermore, the pros&cons and result of each drug procurement method were analyzed and commented on this basis.
