国电某电厂扩建工程主要包含:单项工程的建筑和安装工程,其中脱硫项目为分包的工程,占整个三期工程的绝大部分,基本是完整的两台300MW工程量。根据工程施工承包合同要求,物资公司负责采购和供应:除四大管道、高压管件和支吊架;耐磨管道和管件;进口阀门、调节阀、高压阀门等。本文主要分析了设备和材料管理模式的有关内容,并针对设备和材料管理存在的问题进行探究,提出了加强对材料和设备管理的重要性。笔者通过研究,总结和归纳自身多年实践工作经验,提出了加强对材料和设备管理的措施。希望通过本文的分析能够帮助相关建设施工管理单位提高工程设备和材料管理的工作水平和质量,能够更好的应对材料和设备管理中存在的问题,提升整个工程的建设水平,实现经济效益和社会效益共赢的目标,提升工程设备和材料的使用价值。

The expansion project of a power plant mainly includes: construction and installation of single project. The desulfurization projects are subcontracted work, which is the main part of the three phases, basically is a complete two 300MW of quantities. In accordance with the requirements of project construction contract, supplies company is responsible for the procurement and supply: in addition to the four steam-water pipes, high pressure pipe fittings, wear-resisting pipe and pipe fittings, imported valve, regulating valve, high pressure valves, etc. This article mainly analyzes the relevant contents of equipment and materials management mode, explores the problems existing in the equipment and materials management, and points out the importance of strengthening material and equipment management. Through research, the author summarizes his own practical work experience for many years, and puts forward the measures of strengthening of material and equipment management. It is hoped that this article can help the related construction management units to improve work level and quality of the equipment and materials management, so that they will be able to deal with the problems in material and equipment management, reaching the win-win aim of economic benefit and social benefit and improve the usage value of engineering equipment and materials.
