目的：：了解ICU护理人员对患者床头抬高30°的执行情况及影响因素。方法：连续12周对3个班次3个不同时间点床头抬高率进行调查。结果：早班、中班、晚班ICU护理人员对患者床头抬高30°执行率分别为58.8%、60.3%、51.8%，其中护士为34.2%，护师为66.4%。结论：ICU护理人员对患者床头抬高30°执行率较低，尤以护士明显，主要原因是护理人员缺乏足够责任心及对抬高患者床头30°的必要性认识不到位。

목적：：료해ICU호리인원대환자상두태고30°적집행정황급영향인소。방법：련속12주대3개반차3개불동시간점상두태고솔진행조사。결과：조반、중반、만반ICU호리인원대환자상두태고30°집행솔분별위58.8%、60.3%、51.8%，기중호사위34.2%，호사위66.4%。결론：ICU호리인원대환자상두태고30°집행솔교저，우이호사명현，주요원인시호리인원결핍족구책임심급대태고환자상두30°적필요성인식불도위。
Objective:To understand executive condition of elevation of bedside up to 30° by ICU nursing staff and analyze its influence factors. Methods:The rate of elevation of bedside up to 30° was investigated with three shifts in three different time within 12 consecutive weeks. Results: The execution rates of elevation of bedside up to 30° by morning, middle and evening shifts were 58. 8%, 60. 3%, and 51. 8%, respectively;of them, the nurse was 34. 2%, and Senior nurse was 66. 4%. Conclusions:The exe-cution rates of elevation of bedside up to 30° by ICU staff is low, especially the nurse. The main reasons are that the nursing staffs are lack of full responsibility and ignore the importance of necessity of elevation of bedside up to 30°.
