由于青海某贫硫金矿选厂磨矿钢球配比偏大,操作参数不合理,导致了磨矿分级系统磨矿效率低、处理量小、磨矿细度不够等问题。通过实验室前期试验并经球径半理论公式计算,确定现场补加球大小和比例。采用 JKsimMet 软件模拟工业试验流程,寻找磨矿分级回路最佳参数,进行工业试验。试验结果表明:JksimMet 软件可以较好地模拟现场磨矿分级回路,为现场优化提供参考和方案;一段磨处理量提高了6.5 t/h,球耗降低了14.29%,排矿细度增加了27.9%,P80降低了60.91%;二段磨排矿细度增加了31.3%,P80降低了13.31%,实现了磨矿效率提高,处理量增加,节能降耗的目的,磨矿分级系统得到了优化。

Because the grinding ball is big and operating parameters are not reasonable in the the sulfur gold ore dressing plant of Qinghai Province,grinding efficiency is low in milling-classification operation system,the capacity is smaller and grinding fineness is bad.Based on the previous test in the laboratory and the calculation of the half-theory formula,the ball and ratio are determined.The JKsimMet soft is taken to simulate industrial test process to find the best operating parameters in milling-classification operation system and make industrial test. Good practice dictates that the JKsimMet soft can simulate the milling-classification operation and get a better result that provide a guidance for industrial experiment,the conclusions are obtain that the capacity of primary grinding increases by 6.5 t/h,metal consumption reduces by 14.29%,grinding fineness adds by 27.9%,P80 drops by 60.91%.The fineness grinding of the secondary raises by 31.3%.P80 cuts down 13.31%.The grinding efficiency is improved and the capacity is increased.Milling-classification operation system is better.
