球磨机作为一种物料粉碎设备,被广泛应用于冶金、建材、化工和矿山工业等基础性行业.磨介的运动形态对球磨机的粉磨效率影响极大,而衬板是球磨机中改善磨介运动状态并使其获得较佳运动形态的重要零部件之一.因此,针对衬板结构对磨介运动形态的影响,理论分析正多边形角螺旋衬板中磨介运动形态的影响因素,得出磨介运动状态与衬板结构参数的关系方程和曲线图像.通过建模仿真对比分析这些参数的影响效果,验证理论分析的正确性.理论和数值分析结果表明:当正多边形角螺旋衬板的边数为4,并以50°安装转角安装时,球磨机具有较高的粉磨效率,为开展正多边形角螺旋衬板的试验测试研究和合理选择衬板结构参数提供了理论依据.

Ball mill is one of the material crushing equipment. They are widely used in many industries, such as metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering and mine industry. The motion morphology of grinding media plays a vital role in ball mills grinding efficiencies. Therefore, interests in liner design to ensure efficient mill operation has grown. Many liner structures have been designed and used in mill to have good motion morphology. However, the impact of regular polygon angle-spiral liner on mill performance is still unclear. To address this concern, impact factors of the grinding media motion morphology in different regular polygon angle-spiral liners are theoretically analyzed. Media motions of ball mill with regular polygon angle-spiral liner are numerical studied in EDEM software. The simulation results validate the theoretical analysis effectively. Results show that the regular quadrilateral angle-spiral liner with a 50° installing angle has the best grinding effect, which could provide the guidance of parameter selection of regular polygon angle-spiral liners and mill's experimental study.
