定量分析中国不同区域高新技术产业创新能力的发展差异对加快中国高新技术产业发展具有重要意义。本文通过构建高新技术产业区域创新能力评价指标体系,结合运用熵值法和TOPSIS法对中国高新技术产业东部、中部、西部、东北4个区域31个省市区的综合和单项创新能力进行评价,比较分析省市区之间的差异,提出促进中国高新技术产业创新能力发展的建议。

For accelerating the development of Chinese high-tech industry , it is of important significance to quantitatively analyze the differences of innovation capacity of high-tech industry in different regions of China . By constructing the innovation ability evaluation system of Chinese high-tech industry , the paper uses entropy and TOSIS methods to evaluate the innovation ability of Chinese high-tech industry in east , central , east and northeast regions including 31 provinces , and compares the differences between them . Some sugges-tions are proposed in order to promote the development of innovation ability of Chinese high-tech industry .
