干硬切削加工过程中产生的表面白层对零件的使用性能和使用寿命有很大影响,对白层厚度进行准确的定量预测具有重要的理论意义与应用价值.基于材料的化学热力学基本理论,对切削过程中合金元素、应力、应变等因素耦合影响下的奥氏体相变温度进行了理论推导,根据计算出的相变温度和有限元的模拟结果,建立了基于相变形成相理的白层厚度预测模型.GCr15淬硬钢试验结果与预测结果对比分析表明,本模型适用于热力耦合占主导地位的切削过程,该模型能够在考虑了热-力耦合因素的情况下更为准确地预测出干硬切削表面相变白层的厚度.

White layer produced during hard machining process has great influence on the usability and working life of parts, thus the accurate and quantitative prediction for white layer thickness has important theoretical significance and application value. Based on the basic theory of material chemical thermodynamics, the theoretical derivation of austenitic phase transformation temperature influenced by coupling factors including alloying elements, stress, strain is carried out, on the basis of the calculated phase transformation temperature and the finite element simulation results, the prediction model of white layer thickness on the basis of phase transformation mechanism is established. The contrastive analysis of the experimental and prediction results for GCr15 hardened steel shows that this model is suitable for the cutting process dominated by thermal-mechanical coupling and can predict the thickness of phase transformation white layer in dry and hard machining more accurately considering the thermal-mechanical coupling factors.
