采用原位聚合法制备碳纳米管/聚苯胺复合物,并通过透射电镜(TEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)对样品进行表征,用矢量网络分析仪系统检测了一系列复合物的电磁参数,计算并分析了聚合时间、聚合温度、盐酸浓度、涂层厚度等工艺条件对复合物吸波性能的影响.结果表明,原位聚合法制得了具有核-壳结构的复合物;且聚合时间为6h、聚合温度为20℃、盐酸浓度为0.05 mol/L 时,复合物在8~18 GHz频率范围内具有较好的微波吸收性能.
採用原位聚閤法製備碳納米管/聚苯胺複閤物,併通過透射電鏡(TEM)、紅外光譜(FT-IR)、熱重分析(TGA)對樣品進行錶徵,用矢量網絡分析儀繫統檢測瞭一繫列複閤物的電磁參數,計算併分析瞭聚閤時間、聚閤溫度、鹽痠濃度、塗層厚度等工藝條件對複閤物吸波性能的影響.結果錶明,原位聚閤法製得瞭具有覈-殼結構的複閤物;且聚閤時間為6h、聚閤溫度為20℃、鹽痠濃度為0.05 mol/L 時,複閤物在8~18 GHz頻率範圍內具有較好的微波吸收性能.

Carbon nanotubes/PANI composites were prepared by the in-situ polymerization.The morphology, constitution and thermal stability of the products were characterized by TEM,FT-IR and TGA respectively.The electromagnetism parameters of the composites were investigated by vector network analyzer.On the basis of the parameters,the influence of polymerization time,polymerization temperature,acid concentration and coat-ing thickness on the microwave absorbing properties were evaluated.Results show that the core-shell structure composites are obtained.When the polymerization time was 6 h,the polymerization temperature was 20 ℃ and the acid concentration was 0.05 mol/L respectively,the samples have good microwave absorbing properties in the frequency range from 8 to 18 GHz.
