互联网为教师和学生提供了一种新的学习交流平台。近几年，利用网络教学资源进行备课在国内外发展的如火如荼。本文围绕网络化条件下教师备课问题展开研究，从网络教学资源的类型和特性、网络教学资源的有效获取方式以及如何利用网络教学资源进行有效备课三个方面进行了深入分析，最终为探索如何提高教师的备课效率和质量提供参考和借鉴。

The Internet provides a new platform for teachers and students' learning and communication. Recently, the use of net-work teaching resources for preparing lessons has been develop-ing rapidly at home and abroad. This paper studies the problem of preparing lessons of teachers under network condition, and car-ries out an in-depth analysis from three aspects:types and char-acteristics of network teaching resources, effective acquisition for network teaching resources and how to use network teaching re-sources for effective preparation. Based on the study, some sug-gestions are proposed to improve the efficiency and quality of teachers in preparing lessons.
