将3Y-TZP 预烧结瓷块浸泡在 Eu(NO3)3溶液中经还原气氛烧结制备Eu2+掺杂的牙科3 Y-TZP陶瓷.采用扫描电镜、X 射线衍射仪和荧光光谱仪对其微观形貌、物相和发光特征进行表征;采用 MTT 实验评价其细胞毒性.结果表明,Eu2+掺杂3 Y-TZP 陶瓷烧结致密、晶粒大小均匀,尺寸约为450 nm.主晶相为 t-ZrO2,未见其它物相的衍射峰.在365 nm 激发下,发射波长为位于470 nm 的宽带蓝光发射,属于Eu2+的4f65d1→4f7(8 S7/2)能级跃迁.该发射光谱与天然牙发射光谱接近,可模拟天然牙的荧光性能. Eu2+掺杂3 Y-TZP陶瓷的细胞毒性为 I 级,具备口内应用的安全基础.

Eu2+-doped 3Y-TZP dental bioceramic was prepared by immersing the presintering 3Y-TZP in Eu (NO3 )3 solution,followed with calcination under reducing atmosphere.The surface microstructure,phase con-stitution,fluorescence spectrum and cytotoxicity were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscope (SEM),fluorescence spectrometer and MTT test.The results showed that Eu2+-doped 3Y-TZP presented a densification morphology and the average grain size was 450 nm.There were no other crystal struc-ture other than t-ZrO2 was found.The emission spectrum excited by 365 nm showed a characteristic blue broad band with the peak at about 470 nm,which corresponded to 4f6 5d1→4f7 (8 S7/2 )transition of Eu2+.This emis-sion spectrum was similar to the natural tooth which can be used to simulation of the fluorescence emission of natural teeth.The cytotoxicity grade of Eu2+-doped 3Y-TZP was I,which can be used for clinical with biological safety.
