Compared to general construction engineering, there are several features in hydraulic engineering, including larger-scale pro-jects, more construction trades, stronger timing in each engineering node, more and higher potential risks, especially the constraint by geo-graphical location and climate conditions would be more obvious.Since hydraulic engineering is built in water, the project is always fighting against the coming flood season.If the project cannot be completed before the flood period, the construction site might be destroyed by flood, which may lead the construction to hard to be recovered and huge economic loss or threat for personal safety.As a consequence, strengthening construction management is the key to guarantee safe production, complete construction period in time, and create more benefits.
