自计划生育政策在我国全面开展以来，独生子女家庭成为我国主要的家庭类型之一。独生子女家庭结构单一，抵御风险的能力低。若独生子女突发意外死亡，将给家庭带来难以磨灭的痛苦和困难。现以郴州市为例，对郴州市失独家庭的养老现状进行调查。经研究发现，郴州市失独家庭目前面临经济、生活照顾、心理等方面的困境，在此从社会支持视角出发，提出重建“政府、社会、社区、社会工作、失独家庭”五位一体的社会支持体系的对策，为帮助失独家庭走出养老困境提供可供参考的建议。

Since the family planning policy carried out in China,the one-child family became one of the main types of families in our country.The structure of one-child families is simple-formed and hard to resist risks.Those family would live in bereavement and grief if their only child died by accident.This paper sets Chenzhou as an example to investigate the current situation of pension.The results show that families who lost single-child are in the dilemma of economic condition,family care,psychological trau-ma etc.From the perspective of social support,the writer proposes setting up a “five-in-one”system of social support involving the “government,society,community,social work and one-child losing family”in order to help those with turning over a new leaf to their elder life.
