针对船舶甲板板等高应力厚板区域开孔的应力集中问题和开孔处覆板的广泛使用现状,在有限元分析方法中利用三维实体单元精确模拟了母板、覆板及焊缝,从而对不同厚度的覆板在缓解应力集中时的效果进行了量化分析.同时针对船舶设计和校核的实际情况,对比了二维单元模拟的不同方法,得出了其中较为准确和可行的方案.
針對船舶甲闆闆等高應力厚闆區域開孔的應力集中問題和開孔處覆闆的廣汎使用現狀,在有限元分析方法中利用三維實體單元精確模擬瞭母闆、覆闆及銲縫,從而對不同厚度的覆闆在緩解應力集中時的效果進行瞭量化分析.同時針對船舶設計和校覈的實際情況,對比瞭二維單元模擬的不同方法,得齣瞭其中較為準確和可行的方案.

Due to the stress concentration problem around the openings in high-stress thick plates such as the main deck, and the truth that the doubler plates are widely-used on the openings, the precise simulations are carried out by 3D solid elements in FE model and the quantitative analysis of stress concentration relief effect is made as per different thickness ratio of doubler plates. Furthermore, according to the practical condition in ship design and evaluation, the 2D simulations with different methods are compared and a relatively precise and practical method is gained.
