以某空调制造商电装生产线为研究对象,通过调查生产线现状,运用面向对象的建模仿真技术建立该生产线的Flexsim仿真模型,基于仿真得到的数据对生产线中的不合理现象和瓶颈工位进行分析,利用工业工程技术和生产线平衡原理对生产线进行分析、改善和再平衡。通过一系列的改进,生产线平衡率和产能均得到了有效提高,证实了仿真技术和生产线平衡原理相结合方法的合理性。

This paper takes a part of air condition production line as the main object of study. Based on the investigation of line production status and the object-oriented technology, the Flexsim simulation model has been built. The irrational phenomena and bottleneck are analyzed on account of simulation data. Then with the help of industry engineering technology and the principle of production line balancing, the line has been analyzed, improved and rebalanced. With a series of improvement measures, the line balance rate and capacity both are improved. The method, combination of simulation technology and the principle of production line balance, is verified.
