目的：探讨护理干预对出院后高血压患者服药依从性及血压控制的影响。方法将2012年2月至2013年1月经住院抗高血压药物治疗后血压相对稳定的130例患者随机分为对照组与观察组，每组65例，对照组给予出院常规宣教与随访，观察组在常规宣教与随访基础上给予护理干预措施，比较两组患者出院6个月、1年后服药依从性及血压控制情况。结果出院6个月、1年时观察组患者服药依从性、血压控制情况均明显优于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可提高出院后高血压患者的服药依从性，有效控制血压水平。
목적：탐토호리간예대출원후고혈압환자복약의종성급혈압공제적영향。방법장2012년2월지2013년1월경주원항고혈압약물치료후혈압상대은정적130례환자수궤분위대조조여관찰조，매조65례，대조조급여출원상규선교여수방，관찰조재상규선교여수방기출상급여호리간예조시，비교량조환자출원6개월、1년후복약의종성급혈압공제정황。결과출원6개월、1년시관찰조환자복약의종성、혈압공제정황균명현우우대조조，조간비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론호리간예가제고출원후고혈압환자적복약의종성，유효공제혈압수평。
Objective To investighate the influence of nursing intervention on the drug therapy compliance and blood pressure control of the patients with hypertensive after they left the hospital. Methods Randomly divided the 130 cases of patients with relatively stable blood pressure into control group and observation group, who were hospitalized with dyazide in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2013, for each group with 65 cases. The patients in control group a-dopted routine propaganda, education and follow-up visit, and the patients in the observation group were given nursing inter-vention treatment method in addition. The drug therapy compliance and blood pressure control of the two groups was compared 6 months and 1 year after they left hospital. Results The drug therapy compliance and blood pressure control of the observa-tion group was obviously superior to that of control group 6 months and 1 year after they left hospital, and there was significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Nursing intervention can enhance the drug therapy compliance of the patients with hyperten-sion and control their blood pressure effectively.
