禅文化与酒文化有着迥乎不同的性质,而经由丛林中人的禅学阐释和修行实践,二者产生了多层面的复杂联系.佛典禁僧饮酒;僧人犯戒饮酒;禅师借酒说禅.酒意象被赋予禅学观念,从而,禅与酒从怒目而视到握手言欢,酝酿出酒中禅韵、禅里酒香,实现了两种异质文化的交流与互渗.

Zen Buddhism culture and wine culture are quite different in nature. However, through monks'explanation of Zen and their long-term practice of Zen, wine culture and Zen culture are connected from multiple perspectives. Monks are banned from wine in Buddism, but monks explain Zen culture via wine culture . Wine image is endowed with Zen concept. As a result, Zen culture and wine culture become close and friendly from incompatible status, which has realized the exchange and interpenetration of two heterogeneous cultures.
