研究了用阴、阳离子交换树脂从甜菜加工废液中提取甜菜碱的工艺,考察了氨水用量和氨水滴加速率对提取产率的影响,并用正交实验优化了提取工艺。最佳提取条件为:氢氧化钠溶液浓度为1.0 mol/L,氨水用量为300 mL,氨水滴加速率为1.75 mL/min,盐酸浓度为2.0 mol/L。

The extraction technology of betaine from waste solution of processing beet by anion and cation exchange resin was studied. The effects of dosage and dropping rate of ammonia on extraction rate of beta-ine were investigated. The orthogonal design was adopted to evaluate the optimization extraction process. The optimum conditions of the extraction are as follows:the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution is 1. 0 mol/L,the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 2. 0 mol/L,the ammonia dosage is 300 mL,the drop-ping rate of ammonia is 1. 75 mL/min.
