以桑枝为原料,采用微波氯化锌法制备桑枝基活性炭,在微波功率800 W和氯化锌溶液质量分数50%的条件下,考察微波辐射时间、锌屑比、浸渍时间、氯化锌溶液pH值对活性炭得率和苯酚吸附值的影响。结果表明,制备活性炭的优化工艺条件为:锌屑质量比3∶1,氯化锌溶液pH值2,浸渍时间20 h,微波辐射时间25 min。在此条件下,活性炭的得率为37.4%,苯酚吸附值为138.3 mg/g,Cr6+吸附值为7.877 mg/g。

이상지위원료,채용미파록화자법제비상지기활성탄,재미파공솔800 W화록화자용액질량분수50%적조건하,고찰미파복사시간、자설비、침지시간、록화자용액pH치대활성탄득솔화분분흡부치적영향。결과표명,제비활성탄적우화공예조건위:자설질량비3∶1,록화자용액pH치2,침지시간20 h,미파복사시간25 min。재차조건하,활성탄적득솔위37.4%,분분흡부치위138.3 mg/g,Cr6+흡부치위7.877 mg/g。
Morus albaL. as raw material,Morus albaL.-based activated carbon used for adsorbing phenol by microwave irradiation activated with zinc chloride. Under the condition of the microwave power was 800 W,solution mass fraction was 50%. The influence of microwave irradiation time,mass ratio of Zinc chloride to Morus albaL. ,time of Morus albaL. impregnated in ZnCl2 solution,pH value of ZnCl2 solution on the yield of active carbon and the phenol adsorption were investigated. The result showed that the opti-mum conditions for the preparation of activated carbon with ZnCl2 by microwave irradiation was obtained:the mass ratio of ZnCl2 to Morus albaL. was 3∶1. pH value of ZnCl2 solution was 2,dipping time was 20 h, microwave irradiation time was 25 min. In this preparation process conditions,the yield of active carbon was 37. 4%,the phenol adsorption value was 138. 3 mg/g and Cr6+ adsorption value was 7. 877 mg/g.
