目的：探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α（HIF-1α）、凋亡相关蛋白 Survivin 在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系，以及两种蛋白的相关性。方法采用免疫组化法检测52例 NSCLC 组织及20例癌旁组织中 HIF-1α和 Survivin 的表达。结果 NSCLC 组织中 Survivin、HIF-1α的阳性表达率分别为69％（36／52）和59％（31／52）均高于癌旁组织。HIF-1α、Survivin 的表达与肿瘤临床分期及淋巴结转移病理分级相关（P ＜0．05）。HIF-1α的表达与 Survivin表达（r ＝0．406，P ＜0．05）呈正相关。结论在非小细胞肺癌癌组织中 HIF-1α、生存素表达明显高于癌旁组织；HIF-1α和 Survivin 在肿瘤发生、发展过程中存在相互作用并与非小细胞肺癌发展及预后密切相关。
목적：탐토결양유도인자-1α（HIF-1α）、조망상관단백 Survivin 재비소세포폐암（NSCLC）중적표체급기여림상병리특정적관계，이급량충단백적상관성。방법채용면역조화법검측52례 NSCLC 조직급20례암방조직중 HIF-1α화 Survivin 적표체。결과 NSCLC 조직중 Survivin、HIF-1α적양성표체솔분별위69％（36／52）화59％（31／52）균고우암방조직。HIF-1α、Survivin 적표체여종류림상분기급림파결전이병리분급상관（P ＜0．05）。HIF-1α적표체여 Survivin표체（r ＝0．406，P ＜0．05）정정상관。결론재비소세포폐암암조직중 HIF-1α、생존소표체명현고우암방조직；HIF-1α화 Survivin 재종류발생、발전과정중존재상호작용병여비소세포폐암발전급예후밀절상관。
Objective To study the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and Survivin in human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),and the relationship between such expression and clinicopathological features of NSCLC.Methods 52 cases of tissue specimen including NSCLC,neighboring noncancerous tissue were collect-ed.These specimens were detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results The expression of HIF-1αand Sur-vivin showed significant difference (P <0.01)between NSCLC tissues and neighboring noncancerous tissues.The positive rates of expression of HIF-1α,Survivin were correlated with the tumor differentiation degree,lymphnode metastasis and tumor stage(P <0.05),and significant and positive correlation was observed between the positiver-ate of expression of Survivin and HIF-1α(P <0.05).Conclusion The overexpression of HIF-1αand Survivin is found in NSCLC.Survivin and HIF-1αmay play a synergistic role in the genesis and progression of the malignan-cy,and there may be a certain synergy between Survivin in the process of tumor occurrence and development.
